LILLY BALDWIN - Corporate Treasurer

Director, Global Financial Operations at Avnet.  As the Director of Global Financial Operations,  Ms. Baldwin is responsible for the overall execution, strategy and management of the shared services center for a Fortune 200 corporation. She is also currently involved in a global implementation of SAP policies and procedures  including ensuring cash receipts and disbursements are processed accordance with Avnet policies. She also brings a wealth of experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining financial operations controls.

Her experience in financial operations has her involved operationally on a global-level where she evaluates  processes with respect to efficiency, effectiveness, and internal controls: proposing improvement initiatives and managing the implementation of approved initiatives.  Liaising and leading workshops will drive the alignment of strategies overseas. Lilly also manages relationships with supplier business leaders, banks and other financial institutions.

She is the liaison between all areas of Avnet's operations and is engaged in initiatives impacting both financial and  business  operations locally and abroad.  Collaborating with executive leadership to develop necessary plans and strategies required for successful integrations is one of her key assets.

The financial and management expertise, coupled with more than 25 years of experience, demonstrate the valuable expertise and perspective she brings to the Board.

She previously served as an Officer on the Executive Women's Forum and North Texas Avnet Cares.
