GDIF leads in diversity and inclusion by driving worldwide executive leadership engagement, values and responsibilities and by utilizing workforce diversity at all levels, and building collaboration and commitment for a balanced work-life environment. He joined the top-rated organization in January 2010, after completing a two-year launch of Out & Equal-Atlanta.

Originally working Scientific Atlanta, she was responsible for EEO Compliance, Escalated Employee Relations, and Inclusion & Diversity. In 2009, Stacè joined the Global Inclusion & Diversity team led by Chief Diversity Officer, Marilyn Nagel. She has worked on a wide variety of projects, including the creation and launch of a global flexible work program and several leadership development programs for diverse talent. She also has forged relationships with organizations, like The Latin American Association, committed to diverse populations on behalf of Cisco.

She has developed her expertise as a Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist and a strategic HR Generalist business partner. She is a successful change agent who has designed and implemented innovative HR programs and streamlined HR processes that have driven operational cost reductions.

LILLY BALDWIN - Corporate Treasurer

As the Director of Global Financial Operations, Ms. Baldwin is responsible for the overall execution, strategy and management of the shared services center for a Fortune 200 corporation. She is also currently involved in a global implementation of SAP policies and procedures including ensuring cash receipts and disbursements are processed accordance with Avnet policies. She also brings a wealth of experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining financial operations controls.
